“The Hose Specialist” Seminar
On Saturday 1 September 2007, NCR organized a seminar, entitled “The Hose Specialist seminar”, for the first time, for a group of our hose dealers, at Rayong factory. The 22 companies are selected from a list of our nationwide customers who have shown keen interest in participating in this event.
This special one-day seminar consists of two main events: the morning session focusing on the presentation of the general overview of NCR products, production processes, inspection methods and quality assurance system. The afternoon session was an organized factory tour, with our customers observing the production process and testing facilities in the factory itself. We received overwhelming and positive responses from our customers after the site visit.
It is to our hope that this selected group of dealers had gained a better understanding and confidence in our products’ quality, as well as gaining trust and satisfaction in our company’s “quality” policy. As such, they will, in turn, promote our quality products to their customers with much confidence.
