Seminar and factory tour of NCR Automotive Air Conditioning Hose

On May 5-6, 2009, N.C.R. Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. in conjunction with Bridgestone NCR Co., Ltd., organized a trip to Pattaya for 15 selected distributors of Porn-Charoen Karnchang (PCA). The trip includes a seminar on Automotive Air Conditioning Hose and factory tours of NCR factory and BSNCR factory in Rayong province.

On the 1^st day of the trip, our guests visited the Buddha’s relics at Wat Yan Sangwararam Temple and Phra Buddha Maha Wachira Uttamopat Satsada at Khao Chi Chan. After a delicious dinner, our guests spent an enjoyable evening watching The Thai Extravaganza Show at Thai Alangkarn Theatre in Pattaya, Chonburi province.

In the morning of the 2^nd day, our guests went to NCR factory where the seminar on automotive air-conditioning hose was conducted. After the seminar, our guests had a chance to witness the hose production inside NCR factory. In the factory tour, our guests saw how hoses were made including the inspection and quality control process. After a delicious lunch at NCR factory, our guests moved to BSNCR factory, which is 15 minutes away from NCR factory. And like in NCR, our guests were treated to a introduction of the production, inspection and quality control process by BSNCR professional staffs. After the introduction, our guests were invited to visit the manufacturing facilities.

The seminar was mutually beneficial to both our guests and us. Our guests gained better understanding of the production and quality control process, hence, increasing their trust and confidence in the quality of NCR and BSNCR air-conditioning hoses. Our guests returned from the 2-days trip a happy and satisfied customer. And we have gained better understanding of our customers’ needs and requirements.

This seminar-trip was a success. Equipped with the knowledge of NCR and BSNCR products, our customers were able to share their knowledge on the quality of NCR hoses. And with the confidence and trust that they gained during the trip, our customers are able to promote and distribute our hoses throughout Thailand.
