CONSTRUCTION OF HOSE

 

Generally a hose consist of :

• - with an enclosing function which should have good
    resistance against the transported medium.
    Inner Tube
   
• - Cord is wrapped at an angle calculated mechanically in
    consideration of the resistance to working pressure,
    length, and diameter of hose which absorbs compression
    strains, pressure and keeps the dimension of tube stable
    under load applications. When a hose is used at both
    positive (discharge) and negative (suction) pressure,
    a reinforcing helix wire is built into the wall of tube.

• - which protects the damages from external stress such as
    wear or ozone.
