ICT Supervisor

Job Duties :

 - Maintain and support ERP systems, ICT servers, CMMS, and backup systems to ensure smooth and continuous operations

 - Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and systems for end users

 - Provide technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner

 - Perform program development, system enhancements, and maintenance tasks

 - Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)

 - Conduct user training and provide guidance on system usage

 - Male or Female, Thai nationality, aged 28–35 years

 - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Statistics, or related IT fields

 - Knowledge of CMMS, ERP systems, and client-server architecture

 - Experience in LAN/WAN network management and computer troubleshooting

 - Others: Creative and analytical skills, proactive, good interpersonal skills, and fast learner
