Sales Manager

Job Duties :

 - Define the sales direction and strategy for the domestic sales team.

 - Establish sales policies, sales strategies, sales targets, and annual sales master plans.

 - Identify opportunities to expand into new business markets.

 - Analyze customer data, industry trends, competitors, and products. 

 - Prepare and present business plans and performance reports to management.

 - Lead and manage the sales team, foster teamwork, and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement.

 

 

 Requirement

 - Male/Female, aged 38–45 years.

 - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.

 - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in industrial product sales

 - Proven experience in managing and developing a sales team.

 - Strong communication and presentation skills 

 - English (minimum TOEIC 700).

 - Able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

 - Proficient in MS Office 

 - Have a private car.
